From 6/3 - 8/9
- The College & Career Department will start accepting/issuing work permits
effective June 3, 2024. - The College & Career Department will stop issuing work permits
effective August 9, 2024. - All Summer Work Permits will expire August 31, 2024
- **Any work permits that are issued August 1-9, 2024 will have a September 30, 2024 expiration date.

**Need an employer added onto Aeries at any point throughout the school year?? Please email me :)
In your email, please provide the employer/company name, address, phone number, and manager's/supervisor's first & last name.

New Permits during the school year
Once you have the job, email [email protected] with the following information:

Name of employer (business name)
-
Address of where you’ll be working
-
Name of supervisor (first AND last name)
-
Telephone number of business
-
Your ID#
We will create the “Intent to Employ” form and email it back to you for signatures (employer, parent, student). DO NOT provide your social security number on the form.
Once we receive the completed form, we’ll create the Work Permit.
Please note that this process can take a few days, especially if the employer is not already in our database.
We will need at least 24 hours to process your request.
