Summer School at Artesia and Gahr

Summer School will run from June 5th - July 11th with no school on June 17th, July 4th and July 5th. Since Cerritos High School will be under construction this summer, students will be assigned by the district to either Artesia HS or Gahr HS based on resident address. Classes will meet Mondays through Fridays from 8:30am - 1pm in-person only. Tentative student schedules will be released in June by the Artesia HS and Gahr HS summer school administrators.

On Campus @ AHS or GHS
NO SCHOOL ON JUNE 17, JULY 4 & 5

Monday - Friday
Per. 1: 8:30am–10:30am
Break: 10:30am - 11:00am
Per. 2: 11:00am–1:00pm
Per. 3: 1:05-2:05pm
July 11th ONLY:
Per. 1: 8:30 - 9:30am
Break: 9:30am - 9:45am
Per. 2: 9:45am - 10:45am
Attendance
Strict attendance rules
apply. Students who miss
more than TWO days of
summer school, for any
reason, including days
missed due to late
enrollment, will be removed
from the class & will not
receive credit.
